Privacy Policy

Playing without an account

Ludo Dynasty doesn't require a username, email, or password to start playing. When you first open the app, it generates a random device identity that's stored only on your device and used to keep track of your coins, level, and progress. If you uninstall the app or switch devices without linking an email first, that progress can't be recovered.

Information we collect

• Device identity & profile: a randomly generated ID, your chosen display name, and avatar.
• Game data: coin and diamond balance, level and experience, match history and statistics, cosmetics you've unlocked, and friends you've added.
• Email (optional): only if you choose to link one, used solely to send a one-time verification code so you can protect your account and restore it on a new device. Codes are sent through our email provider (Resend).
• Voice chat audio (optional): in online rooms you can turn on voice chat to talk with the other players in that room. The microphone is used only while you have your mic button switched on, and only after you grant the microphone permission. Your voice is streamed live to the players in your room through our own voice server and is never recorded or stored. You can mute any player, or turn the room's audio off, at any time.
• Push notification token: if you allow notifications, used to alert you when it's your turn in a match.
• Purchase information: if you buy coins or diamonds, Google Play handles the payment directly — we receive confirmation of the purchase, never your card details.
• Usage analytics: anonymized gameplay events (like which screens you visit or which game mode you play) tied to your device ID, used to understand how the app is used and to fix problems.
• Advertising data: if you watch a rewarded ad, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• Coins and diamonds have no real-world monetary value and can never be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for real money — Ludo Dynasty is not a gambling app.
• We don't collect payment card details — all purchases go through Google Play Billing.
• We never record, store or listen to voice chat, and we never use the microphone outside voice chat.
• We don't use the camera, your contacts or your location.

How we use your information

To run your matches, keep your coin balance and progress accurate, show leaderboards and friend lists, connect voice chat between players in the same room when they choose to use it, send you turn notifications you've opted into, deliver rewarded-ad rewards, and understand how the app is used so we can improve it and fix bugs.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see how to delete your account, or email us at btechcsymca@gmail.com. We delete it within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Ludo Dynasty is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
